Our Founders

Michael Weissman

Michael Weissman has founded and grown and sold several successful companies over the last half century. His expertise lies in understanding an industry and establishing systems and unique practices that add to its’ dynamics. Over his professional career, he has been the founder and CEO of an investment banking firm and one of the largest insurance agencies in the Southeastern United States. He has also founded and developed the most rapidly growing franchise within the child care industry. Mr. Weissman recently sold his last company at the age of 75 and subsequently founded Silver Lining Realty Venture Partners (RVP), a real estate investment firm, specializing in the purchase and resale of residential properties in Florida’s Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Linda Weissman

Linda Weissman has enjoyed a career in the corporate world for over 35 years and has been actively involved along with her husband Michael in the development of their businesses. With a degree in Early Childhood Education, she and her husband developed an international pre-school franchise company. Most recently, as co-founder of the most rapidly growing child care franchise in the United States, she was Senior Vice President of Marketing, Corporate Events and Franchisee Conventions. After recently selling their interest in that company, she once more joined her husband for yet another exciting business enterprise, Realty Venture Partners (RVP), a unique concept in the purchase, investment and sale of residential homes in South Florida’s Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
