Katia was born and raised in Lima Peru. Early in Katia’s career she worked with designers and architects building scale models for some of the most iconic buildings throughout North America and the world. As she reached the pinnacle of one industry Katia decided to take on the challenges of another. She began a new Category in the toy and fashion business, negotiating with some of the largest accounts in that space. Her success brought her to all corners of the world and her brand became well know throughout the industry. In 2011 Katia moved with her family to South Florida. Not long after, Katia decided to blend her passion for real estate with all of her other skills that she had acquired to endeavor into her latest venture.
